Here is a way to compare the various vitamins out there....

at the moment, i believe this to be a fairly non biased organization. You can go click on the various filters and organize it however you like.

    Enjoy!

Additionally, for a fee, you can subscribe to consumer labs and they do a wide variety of inspections of all the various nutritional supplements, and provide detailed analytical reports.

the fee is around $2.75/mo if you buy a year up front.
It would be interesting if one of us kicked out the $33 for the annual membership, and then could be a reference point for the rest of us.....

too often, we buy supplements without really knowing if bogus or not. Or even if at the potency levels as disclosed on the label. The FDA does NOT regulate this industry, and so it is on the "honor system" of sorts. Very disturbing!

    Good post, indeed.

I have used GNC Mega Men Sport for years, because I had access to it and always gotten significant discounts on the product. Now I see that it wasn't a bad choice, but I could have done better for the money also.

I do feel they try to push their "top 3" somewhat, especially the #1, with only having links for them but for the most part it seems unbiased.
