It is a male formula. I found it on puritans pride. They are timed release and Have a lot more then the gnc multi I take right now (GNC SOLOTRON).

just found this one as well, it is the athletes formula. Both are time released. The first one looks like it has more in it. I was thinking it would be good because it has the saw palmento and other prostrate help in it( I will be starting a cycle soon.)
