Who writes the claims made by supplement companies?

Im wondering where I can find someone or a company that specialises in writing the claims that supplent companies come up with for each of their products.

Is there any type of regulation or can you just write anything you like?

    Cheers

Over here there is little to no regulation, I think its same in most places, hence why gaspari is being sued by thermolife etc

You can use a play on words but cant outright lie

Anybody with a little experience marketing would be suitable to write one up, myself and a friend drew up a couple recently for a preworkout idea we have, it dosnt have to be fancy, just study similar products to yours and go from there,

Personally I wouldnt pay somebody to design and market my own product unless it was a massive operation, keep costs down at the start so if it dosnt take off as expected then little is lost

Also depends on who you are aiming the product at, clueless kids who believe the play on words like GNC would use but would actually turn away a customer such as me or you, or just be fairly straight with it and aim it at you and me

Depending on what it is also is a factor, if its a basic whey protein then you cant say much, if its an all singing all dancing all in one super weight gainer anabolic preworkout then you have alot more room for waffle if thats the route you choose to go

Throw in a few words to grab the attention like anabolic matrix, cell volumizing, etc and you have people hooked. Throw that on a fancy label with a few graphs and charts with endorsing pro bodybuilders and you are golden. Easily bringing in the uneducated business.

If you notice they often say thes statements have not been FDA approved

    Are you serious?

Are you just willing to give it a go and write something up for that OR do you actually have in depth marketing knowledge along with supplement knowledge and could actually produce what im looking for to be targeted towards both a knowledgable and no so audience. Males 18-45.

Do you have any examples of your previous work?

This is an area im having difficulty with, the fancy labels both finding the right graphic designer with experience in this field as well as a company capable of printing top quality, stand out labels that will compete with top products.

I am giving this an all out attempt and will be going into great detail and expense on all levels required, its been in the process for 2 years now and I have been fortunate enough to reach the pinicale of my career and earn a wage good enough to support a full all out launch of new products.

Does anyone know of someone personally with experience in any of these areas, even their own range or being involved in similar things? Finding someone to bounce ideas off would be a great help.

    Cheers,

    Gonzo
