Again, diet and cardio!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm disabled so only cardio I can do is bike ride and walk? Isn't it better to just do high intensity training? Do diet supplements help? I have low metabolism always have. Anything I can do supplement wise?
You can list your diet.
And riding a bike and walking is cardio.

I eat bananas and oranges for snacks. Breakfast 5 eggs 2 yokes 2 wheat toast 2 turkey sausage.. Lunch tuna or chicken salad w and w/o wheat. Dinner baked chicken turkey burger salmon burger depending on day. I get bored and eat so started eating bananas and oranges for that. I hate vegetables especially dark leafy green
How long riding bike and do it everyday???
Diet will do more than any amount of cardio. but for health i would say do cardio a few times a week. but diet is going to be key.
if your have an underactive thyroid then you shoudl go get it checked. if it is fine. then it is diet that needs tweeking.
for eg. fruit is good but it has alo of sugar.
when you snack make it 80% nuts/fats (even a small peanutbutter sandwich) and 20% fruit.
have a hand full fo nuts in place of the orange. that might help you.
you might have an issue with carbs due to your genetic make up so maybe lower carb diet is better for your body type. (I dont know, you have to find out)
Not to be gross but I can't eat peanuts. I have partial paralyzation and peanuts really mess me up bad. Any other ideas?
What are the macros of your diet?
What do your workouts look like?

I have no idea. I'm not educated at all in diet. I eat high protein low carb.
Then why are you even contemplating fat burners or even worse, tren?Originally Posted by drose979
Read as many stickies and Posts as you can about diets and workouts then post a plan, rather than posting random questions in 20 different threads.

Good luck with most OTC fat burners. You may get a little energy kick for a few days but shredded I'm doubting.
