IN all honesty, you don't need to load creatine, to me it's just unecessary. As for the measurement, you want a good heaping spoonfull and that should be enough. I'd go 5 grams before and 5 grams after workouts.
I agree with big Texan, there is no need to load creatine. That's just an idea from Manufacturers to make you use it up more quickly and have to buy another bottle.
