Hi, I am new to this board and need some help in regards to planning my first cycle. I am currently 6'0, 220lbs. My goal is to get as cut as possible while still building some muscle. I am curious if anyone can recommend the proper course and supplements that I could take to get Ideal results. I'm extremely motivated and want to start hitting the gym real HARD so I am just looking for some guidance so I can spend my time wisely and get optimal results.
