Anabolic Window and the Impact of Cortisol

Basically watch the video below, it talks about the use of post workout shakes after training and supposedly a new study claiming its bs? Thought it ws broscience so I tried doing further research found a little bit backing it up but hoping theres some members on the board who can shed some light on this matter?

I have been hearing a lot about that in the last year..I'm gonna keep an eye on it as more studies come out. In the mean time, i might as well enjoy a delicious vanilla shake with 50g of protein after I work out. IT is as good a time as any to enjoy one haha

Read jason ferrugia's new book. It goes in great detail about why you want to keep cortisol levels low. High Cortisol levels are also in direct relation to inflamation. There is a lot of great info about insulin levels in there too. I would explain it, but it would take three pages to do so. Get the book, its worth it.
