After 3 years working out w/o supps, going back. How does this look?
OK guys, because of reasons I can not control, I was working out the last 3 years without any supps or gear. I was somewhere where those things are impossible to obtain, if you catch my drift. I am not going to take Gear b/c I have to walk the straight arrow for 2 years for probation, and do not want any issues.
So I am looking for something simple:
Creatine Mono
Dymatize Whey Protein Isolate
Jack3d Pre-Workout---------I have Nitrix, but 3 years old and probable no good anymore
L-Arginine/L-Citruline Complex
Fish oil----Again 3 years old but should be ok
Multi-Vitamin------I am taking now
Is their anything essential that I am missing? I have a good diet, 4-5 lean meals a day. I am looking to put on lean muscle, but not looking for an extreme weight gain.

Dude,You did right thing.Its sad to hear people take tons of bullshit supps,actully do nothing for them,if you have a decent diet,why take extra supplements?
IMO,muti-vitamin,fish oil.Thats it,nothing crazy,nothing more.But if you are serious about bodybuilding,add creatine bcaa zma to your list.
Buy something that proven works!Do not trust ads easily!
