    Can i take these together?

    I have a Multivitamin (Universal Animal), Flax Oil, and Arimidex? Is it ok to take all at once or...? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Mate I'm sure that would be fine I dose my ai with my vitamins in the morning with no problem, I have been told in the past too that fats like your flax seed oil helps with absorption. When using orals I take them with a few fish oils.
