overdosing fishoils work?
Almost every medicine if you take more it works stronger and so do the sides, so would taking 2 or 3 times the recommended dose od wild fish oild, fish oil and glucosamine help your joints more then taking the recomended dose? Or just be a wast of money thx!

It would be a waste of money, more is not always better.

I was taking the recommended twice a day glucosamine and still had some shoulder pain. I upped it to double and sometimes triple that and my shoulders feel much better. Not completely sure the glucosamine was the reason but I like the results.

If Krill Oil is superior, Costco sell's giant packs of it in their nutrition section.

Out of curiosity, why do you take fish oil? For what benefits specifically?

Your body is only going to absorb so much and pass the rest.........I have also heard krill is superior and many ways but 3x the price also.

Honestly I can't remember how much it was, but from memory I don't remember the individual pills being all that big.
I personally use SAN Triple Strength Fish Fats.

fish oil is a food, not a medicine. whatever your body can't use, will be excreted.

Yeah would love to read some info on Krill oil, so PM me some info or just include it in this thread when you get a chance. My main purpose in supplementing w/ fish oil is because it is a great efa which also helps lower cholesterol (bonus) and also helps lubricate joints (another bonus).

I take 6 fish oil caps a day, I have read that it has many benefits and it is cheap enough to keep on my supp routine, but I can't see myself switching to krill, I don't see how the benefits could be so much more superior that it would warrant the much higher price tag
