Beef protein isolate or Hemp protein

Short story going without cow's milk and all its products, goat's milk, eggs, white potatoes, oats, wheat, walnuts, peas, pineapple, yeast, lentils, cranberries, cane sugar, a few other things. Its really hard and only been a few days, and need to do it 12 weeks before introducing them one at a time. I'm starving!!!!

So it would be nice if I could down a shake like I used to with 600 ish calories, I need at least 3500 calories a day. I should make another post in nutrition for help too. I Need to get some buckwheat and a few other foods etc.

I look at what proteins I could eat and it really comes down to rice protein, hemp, beef, or soy. I don't like the idea of soy or rice as its trash imo. But I don't know much about beef or soy, nor how to mix them up and what with to make them taste good. Anyone have experience with these? Any ideas? My old shake was whey, whole milk, cocoa and dextrose.

It wouldn't hurt to lose some fat, but my lifts are all going up really well and want to keep up with it by eating enough I don't starve to death. So thinking a shake would be helpful, I made beef sausage and yams for breakfast and it really wasn't good. I need something I can make night before and take to work for next morning, shake might be nice, or to fill a meal before training in between lunch and dinner like I have been doing on most training days lately.

by avoiding those foods, is reduce my bodies immune response, and hopefully lower my thyroid antibodies as i have hashimoto's. If you are asking more along the lines of my training I could be more specific. But I want to accomplish being able to get a quick fvck ton of calories with a shake post or pre work out or whenever I feel like I need it.

edit: I only have to do it for 12 weeks before I can introduce foods one at a time, and which I still react to. So of course milk will be one of my first, so this is hopefully temporary.

I have been using Carnivore brand Beef Isolate and am happy with the product. Tastes pretty good in chocolate.

Thanks, I ordered a little beef and hemp to try. I will definitely go for chocolate flavor first.

I haven't had hemp yet with just water and dextrose and cocoa, but its really good with pnt butter and some other stuff in it. I need to find a good combo for the beef isolate.

Is there a gravy isolate? Jk!

I'd say the beef one might require a little more of a different approach. Perhaps mix it with veggie juice in the processor or something to that effect... Maybe if u have a juicer that'd work
