    Looking for something to start taking similar to arimatest

    I took arimatest a couple years back and seen some small results...I did research and no its garbage....but basically I am looking for something that i can take to boost test/see gains without having to take hella other stuff....worry about liver problems...etc...any advice.

    There isn't anything that will boost test levels enough to see gains as far as supplements go. Besides, I wouldn't want to mess with with my hormone levels if I'm not planning to take the real McCoy. Too much could go wrong to be worth minimal gains it mostly likely won't even even give.

    What are your stats and training experience, diet, other supplements/doses and gains so far?

    6'0 183 21% body fat....on my diet good......and take creatine, whey protein, multi vit, xlplod.... When I started I was skinny as shit...158lbs....but ive been stuck for quite awhile now

    What is this "good diet" consist of? Itemize your meals with the times you eat them, portion size, calories, fats, carbs and proteins. Trust me on this, if you haven't done this do it. It'll give you the ability to identify the problem with your diet (and if you stopped growing, there is a problem there).


    By the way, at 183lbs and 21% fat, you have 28.98lbs of fat on you. There is something seriously wrong with your diet and/or training here.

    I also think it might be because I train 7 days non top.....no days off...everyone keeps telling me 2 days on one day off....cause I need the rest
