Ok, I have no source , Im not asking for a source...So with that said - Can anyone provide me with an example of a decent cycle of legal OTC supps?
For the Past 2 weeks I have been taking:
1-AD 400-600mg/day
Xenadrine: 100mg/day
2-3 Myoplex Shakes a day
Ive been eating right (low carb, high cal) and noticing some nice gains
But, I don't want my body to get too used to what I am taking and know I will need to switch it up soon....Suggestions?
Sorry for the newbie question - I have searched but haven't come up with any good examples of OTC supps...
