Aside from providing a solid source of simple carbohydrates, oranges are packed with vitamin C and electrolytes. Bananas and apples are also excellent options if oranges are not to your liking.
not to mention, speaking from experience I spent 4 days in a hospital bed partially due to all the pre work out stuff i had been taking. Myocarditis...you dont want it! 4 days in a hospital bed on top of being sidelined for 15 days at the minimum according to my doc
