What supplement should i take to start out..
Hey whatz up everybody
Well im starting to work out again
And well, i never understood the differences between supplements..
So im just going with whatever yall think its best for me
By the way im starting all over again after 1 year and a half of not working out...
So pretty much im a beginner again :/
Hit me up with everything yall got!

Im 19

whey protein, that is all.
EVERYTHING else should come from your diet. With your stats you can make some amazing gains by planning out and utilizing a solid diet. Good luck man

Food. Check out the nutrition section. Whey is good to supplement if you don't have time to get a meal in, but I would shoot for food over shakes if possible.
