what were your sife effects?
i have a tub but dont use it as i get tingles really bad and causes me to crash. thats half a scoop too :-\

yeah, i had half a scoop. heart rate went up. made me have dirty sweats like i was hungover and got tingles (yet on the bottle it says that is just mesomorph at work). This product didn't help me at all as because my heart rate was up too much i felt like i needed longer between sets to recover and just generally felt worse and lifted less than if i didn't have it. I ended up selling it to a friends brother for half the price i bought it. Maybe if i got used to it, it would have been better but they say to have a full scoop then and from what I have heard from friends you become reliant on the product for energy.
