b 12 dosage

i have vet b 12 inj. what should my dosage be per week in terms of cc's

vet? dunno about vet but I got human grade that is 1000iu/ml and I take 3000iu a week

Vet/human doesnt really matter 1ml eod will be fine or try half a ml eod for the first couple of weeks to see how you react, some people (like myself) get fidgetty and anxious on more than a ml.........HITMAN

I got the vet b12 too. I was using it once a week at 1cc (1000iu). Now im doing 1cc twice a week (2000iu). I heard of taking it EOD if you want the hunger and all that jazz. But if your looking just to get your needed amount of b12 then its 1000iu a month
