I have been doing a eca stack along with 45 min of cardio in the a.m. 4-5 days/wk. also doing pure creatine mixed with grape juice right after with no prob. The problem is at night when I lift right after my workout I down another tsp. of creatine and grape juice and I get very dizzy and nauseous but only for 10 min or so then I am fine. What is happening????? Your help is needed as I am a newbie!!!!!!!!!!
