    Joint care

    Hi I was just wounding what would be best thing to take for my joint just lately when doing triceps after my work out I'm in realy bad pain with my left elbow and it's effecting rest of my days its not so bad after tricep day so i can still train on my normal days but by time it comes back to doing triceps it kills again half way fru my work out can anyone HELP me plz

    I always say the same thing...

    ....msm, 5 grams a day forever.

    but it is NOT a quick fix! takes about a month before you begin to notice the pain relief

    Yeah iv seen alot of ppl say msm I'm not lookin for a quick fix I can cope with it for now just don't want to make it worse so thinking its time to start something be4 it's to late

    Would you use Glucosamine sulphate and msm or just msm as found sum tablet with 500mg of glucosamine n 100mg of msm they av 100 mg of sumthing else in em aswell can't member what it is
