    ECA/ HIIt

    Im just wondering can ECA be taken while doing hiit.. cause im a sprinter and i mean i dont wanna die on the track and have my parents pick me up from the morgue..

    anyone ever tried it before?????

    allrite is there a time frame i need to take it before i run. i cant find any information on it as ive done my research????
