    Creatine

    Hello,

I'm currently doing 5x5 workout and getting near my plateau. I'm hoping Creatin will help with the strength.

    My question is:

I'm planning to buy six star mono creatine at walmart because its so cheap. Is it worth to put money in creatine or cheap stuff works just as good?

    Thanks,

For sure. . . . It's all the same. I just found that the xRated one from HiHealth seems to dissolve better. Otherwise all the same shyt.

For the price CREATINE is a good deal. I like just buying the pure raw micronized powder though.

Just buy it bulk online. Less sugars and overall crap.
