like the title says .. any good fat burner that works good, recommendations based on experienced please.
im doing 30 minutes of cardio sometimes 40 mins
than i workout about an hour and half, ( legs, triceps, biceps, dip sets.. etc)
im eating healthy, good fats, chicken, fish, red onion salads with lime juice, good amount of fiber for goo digestion, whole grains etc..
my height is 5'6" and my weight is 185 lbs, and medium size bone...
i have good muscles, but also a lot of fat due to my overweight of mad bad eating habits b4.
i need a good fat burner supplement to help the process .. i will appreciate your recommendation ... thank you!!!
