    How dose this sound??

    06:00, shredabull
    06:30 20 min of cardio and abs
    08:00, on Whey and oats and a 2 boiled eggs
    10:00, shredabull and a snack/ almonds and an apple.
    12:30-13:00 platinum hydro whey and 2 packs of turkey or brown rice and tuna.
    14:45, shredabull
    17:00-17:30 platinum hydro builder
    18:00-18:30 boiled fish or chicken with veg
    21:30-22:00, Casein

    Put this in the nutrition section, they will help you better than in the supplement section. There should be more REAL food in there and less shakes. Give the guys in the nutrition section a shot at this. Let them know your stats, i.e. Height. weight, age, and goals!!

    Why so many shakes and no actual food?

    Yea agree, too many shakes, not enough food. i think 2 or 3 scoops of protean is enough of day.. then the rest should be food...and with your diet above you really do not have much food there. add some more stuff and post in the nutrition section!

    Iv never been a big eater and thought I'd put more shakes in, try and make up for it. But back to the drawing board for me haha! I'll try and incorporate more food in to this! And post again. Thanks
