    Angry Suggestions please

    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to the site. I'm 27 female in Australia.
    I'm looking to cut about 6 kilos. What are some suggestions...
    Whether strict nutrition plan or stacking some supps, or both.

    Can anyone help.
    I'm physically fit, about 67kilos.

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

    Hey welcome! i think if you just clean up your diet you will cut those kilos no problem.. And maybe a mild fat burner would help if that weight is being stubborn....!

    you could even start with Oxy pro elite fat burners and see how they work for you.Theyre mild but effective imo and experience.Clen of course it a lot stronger but I figured you could try the Oxy first.Couldnt hurt.

    You can post your diet here, but IMO it would probably serve you better to post it in the Nutrition Section. We need to know what you're eating now in order to help as accurately as possible. Do you know TDEE(total daily energy expenditure)? There's a lot of diet experts over there that can help get you on the right track.

    I will be eating

    Breaky 4egg whites 1 whole egg

    Snack celery carrots sticks

    Lunch garden salad lean protein

    Snack. 2 rice cakes low fat cottage cheese with S&P

    Almonds 12x

    Dinner fish & steamed veges soy sauce.

    I'm gluten intolerant so hence why don't have good protein shake.
    I have at the moment that I just bought
    Carnithin from a supplement shop.
    I was initially seeking oxy but it's offer key now.
    I want to lose 5-6kilos in 8weeks.
