Currently taking in 4 shakes per day. My shakes have 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate in it. 20 grams total. I'm also taking Creatine 189 (5 grams) Wonder if 25 grams of Creatine is too much to take in. I have always herd that it makes you hold water but never really noticed any. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now. No side effects, just curious to see what everyone thinks ??
