Hmm what would happen if I.....

What would happen if I Took Creatin Momohydrate together with CreatinHSC at the recomended dose? wich means that i will be taking about 44gram per day the first five days then i´ll just take the maintenance dosage has anyone tryed this?

I will of course be takeing alot of gainer powder as well.

a lot of people choose to load with a creatine delivery system and then maintain with the regular monohydrate, except for after workouts when you'd rather take the transport system to get it into your muslces

load with the HSC for your first five days and then take one regular monohydrate mix in the morning and an HSC mix right after your work out,

on days that you don't work out, do two monohydrate mixes
