Hello everyone I just started taking liquid clenbutrx yesterday. I started out at 2ml twice a day, today I am at 3ml twice a day, and in the next couple of days I will move up to 5mls twice a day and that will be my maintenance dose. My question is how it says squirt into mouth a hold for 30 seconds then swallow. Do you hold it under your tongue which I would think would have better absorbtion or just anywhere then swallow.
The reasoning I am asking is I'm not really feeling it kick in like people say, it might just be because I am at so low of a dose right now. Any help is appreciated.
