I have L-Glutamine 5000 micronized powder, L-Arginine + L-Ornithine tablets, & Creatine capsules. When should I take these?? My workout is usually around 9pm until about 10:30pm, then home, protein shake, shower, meal, then bed. I take multi & EFA in am with breakfast around 8am. Just wondering how I can utilize these supps to their max potential in conjunction with my schedule, thanks for your help!!
