When/How to take Supplements
So have the following supplements:
- Dextrose powder
-MP Assault
-Controlled Labs Green Magnititude Creatine
- Amino Acids
- Promasil Protein Powder
I was planning to take the Assault preworkout (since its a pre workout supplement). Then post workout planning to mix the protein powder/ dextrose in one shaker then the AA and Creatine in another shaker and have both drinks one after the other.
Any thoughts? Should I take them differently?

I have a hard time keeping up with all the "cocktails" out there like "MP Assualt". I couuld google it, but i'm lazy for some reason right now. Must be i've been answering questions all day? Anyways, if you were to tell me what the ingredients are, instead of what the marketing department calls it, it would be easier on me.
So here's what I do. In my shaker cup, 2:1 dextrose-protein. You can add 5 grams creatine at this time as well. I sip on this while I'm working out.
you say amino acids. sorry mate, i had to chuckle. there are 21 amino acids found in the human body. are there any particular amino acids you are taking? all of them? some of them?
