So have the following supplements:
- Dextrose powder
-MP Assault
-Controlled Labs Green Magnititude Creatine
- Amino Acids
- Promasil Protein Powder
I was planning to take the Assault preworkout (since its a pre workout supplement). Then post workout planning to mix the protein powder/ dextrose in one shaker then the AA and Creatine in another shaker and have both drinks one after the other.
Any thoughts? Should I take them differently?
