    Cutting supps

    Hello everyone. I've recently started taking oxyelite pro for cutting and I saw 0n the label that it also had DMAA in but I'm n0t sure the exact amout.I also have m own DMAA pills 50mg per pop.Can I still take the DMAA pills with OEP? or should I rather not risk it? Other supps I'm taking is Cla, EFA's BCAA's, HMB, and whey protien.So far I've lost 6kg's in 4weeks without losing much muscle in fact my legs have gotten bigger.But to come back to my real question, how much DMAA can you take safely per day? Any input welcome

    I would just use one or the other. Too much and you could run in to problems.

    How about some clen or albuterol? Besides that the only things I take are green tea extract, CLA and caffeine. Tbh I think only the caffeine is worth taking

    A word of warning, don't stack stimulants. You will eventually burn your CNS out and it will destroy your weight training and ultimately your entire cut.

    We'll so far I've had awesome results with Dmaa and caf combo.I've never tried clen though.Maby when I decide to cut again I'll try it.Dmaa is A LOT cheaper though and it gives me insane focus for studeing as well.

    i tried taking 2 pre shakes once (mainly just to see what happend) and after about 30 mins i was getting short of breath then got really depressed! man it was horrible, i was propper down!! lasted all day but was back to normall the next day.

    so i'd advise not to take both ya DMAA sups together. life's too short to be depressed!

    I once took a pre then had a allergic reaction to the colouring in the pre-workout and started turning red, itching and getting extreme asthma.It was really bad, luckily I had the sense to make myself throw up as soon as it started and then took a celestamine.Has anyone had a similar experience? Lol I think supp companys should atleast put a warning that this might happen.
