Injection supplement = no stomach pain?

I wrote a lot, so I am re writing it...

Basically, bad stomach genetics from my moms side. I drank too much coffee one day. stomach pain. Takes a long time to heal, If I over do it again, it comes back. I use to intake a lot of caffeine daily, felt fine. now I try to have one cup. Stomach pain. I need something to give me energy because I feel like I have none. Sleep = perfect. Got blood tests a few months ago, perfect.

I've tried taking anti acid pills to speed up healing or bring down the pain when I do ingest caffeine. don't work.
I know for sure that it is not an ulcer. I damaged my stomach lining. I've tried taking other stimulants orally, which brings on pain for most. None for some, but the tolerance build up quickly.

I am enrolled in school and work. I lack the energy, which = barely any motivation to get homework done or study.

I've read that b12 injections can cause more energy and better mood. I am buying those as we speak. I assume I would need some b12, due to all the anti acids i've been taking. And If I don't get any energy from it because my levels are fine, it can't hurt since it is water soluble.

If the b12 shots don't work, what are other supplements that will? I am not looking on doing this as a permanent alternative, just a month, more or less, until My stomach heals.

I can't really think of anything else That would be able to inject that would cause increased energy, asides from B12 and AAS? Input, Should I start my cycle of Test E a little early and see if that will help?

What do you mean by BW was perfect? What exactly was done (i.e. what parameters were measured - thyroid, testosterone, CBC, cortisol, etc.). There is something driving your fatigue and it may be more than the absence of caffeine. If the only stimulant you were taking was caffeine, eliminating it shouldn't cause exercisable fatigue or lethargy. Can you provide more info on the BW?

B12 will help but I'd like a better assessment of the problem starting with the BW. Testosterone isn't going to give you an enormous amount of energy if your natural cycle is optimal at 24 years of age. If your natural cycle was suppressed then I could see how increasing your levels would certainly help with fatigue but that alone shouldn't be the issue here. Just trying to get a better diagnostic of your condition. Any more information would be helpful.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I would love to be able to tell you more about my BW. I went in and told the doctor that no matter how long I sleep, I feel tired when I wake up and through out the day, I would take naps and still feel tired.
He gave me sleeping pills that would relax me more so I would have a better sleep. <--- didn't work. And said he would do some blood work. If he phoned, I had a problem and if he didn't, everything is fine. I am assuming he didn't test my Test, cbc, etc, levels since he thought I had an iron deficiency, although I could be wrong since I said it's been going on for a year.

I don't really know why I am fatigued, other then the absence of caffeine. I sleep through the night and for 7-9 hours. sometimes 10 on the weekend.

That's about all the information that I can think of. I am not depressed nor stressed about anything. Only logical thing I can really think of is that my test may be low, but I am quite hairy, tall, lose and gain weight really easily. gain muscle easily, etc. But those do not necessarily indicate normal test levels. I am probably around 170 5'8 12-14 BF% if that would help with any input.

It's really hard to say without your blood work. There are so many things that can contribute to fatigue (chronic or acute) and a comprehensive panel looking at several factors would be most appropriate. Low iron alone would be one variable but there are so many others that could be influencing your condition.

This may sound odd but it is relevant. Do you bruise easily? Any muscle or joint pain? What is your appetite like? Do you find you satiate (get full) quickly? Have you had any recent infections? How many times a year would you say you are ill (colds, flu, etc)?

I am planning on getting full BW done soon, feeling tired will give me a good excuse to go in and get it done.

I don't bruise easily. Muscle pain is fairly bad, but I have herniated l4/l5. I pulled my upper back and it hasn't been the same. But as far as random muscle pain? no. I have muscle twitches randomly all over my body. but it's little to none most of the time. Joint pain is 1/10, a sore wrist here and there or elbow from lifting to much volume. Appetite is great, I don't get full quicklyl. no recent infections. I almost never get sick. I get a stuffy nose and sinus maybe once a year, but goes away in a day or two.

Try apple cider vinegar for your stomach.

Wouldn't it slow down the healing time? It's very probable, but not definite that I did some damage to my stomach lining, which with all the acid my stomach produces will hinder the healing time. Would I not want to consider trying to raise my pH level in my stomach up slightly, if possible by taking anti acid pills, which are a base? to speed up the healing time.
