Thread: Right vitamins

    Right vitamins

    Just a quick question I'm about 3 weeks out from starting my first cycle. I'm just running test & my diet is good. My question is I only plan taking protein shakes,multivitamins and c-4 as pre workout. Do you think I need to add any particular supplement or vitamins?

    Thanks , they were telling me about fish oil and some glucosamine.

    I am also interested to hear what some people like to take while on or just as part of a stack, as far as vitamins and such. I know there are a lot of different products out there and just as many opinions on them all. A few things I have been curious about are cinnamon with chromium, cranberry with vitamin C and glucosamine with chondroitin. Any experienced members have an opinion on these or others? Thanks.

    - digestive enzymes
    - probiotics
    - zinc
    - magnesium
    - Vitamin A
    - multivitamin
    - NAC
    - Liv52
    - ubiquinol
    - Saw palmetto
    - astaxanthin
    - krill oil
    - arginine
    - taurine
    - l-glutamine

    Krill oil is superior to fish oil.

    I am just wondering why you take this? According to various sources , digestive enzymes break down in the stomach once they arrive and have never been proven to actually do anything. Please share your knowledge on this as I was looking for more info on this. There really isn't anything I have found to support the various claims that these work/do not work.
