    D-Aspartic acid and age?

I've been reading the forums about this and other sources. Some say it works others say it doesn't no evidence, it only regulates the release, ect.

I'm about to turn 22 and if this does in fact increase test levels then would it be safe for me to use? Asking due to research and what has been posted about taking roids to young, or is it ok because I'm not actually putting an outside source of testosterone into my body therefore reducing my natural production, and all the other stuff, its ok to use?

    Mate,
For the longest time, I would always tell newbs that test boosters do not work. But I have come across information that may suggest otherwise. You can read about it here. I'm beginning to trust this webzine, as I've tested it's data against some I know about with certainity, and it seems to be spot on.

Saying this, since it allegedly increases your own natty test production, then no need for PCT, and I'm thinking at 22 years old, you should be ok to use.

The argument we have is with youngsters taking exogeneous steroids and the body sensing this, shutting down natural test production before your hormonal system is fully developed. But since DAA won't be shutting you down, then that argument is not valid in this case.

    Good luck!

At 22 I would have your natural testosterone levels checked before jumping on anything.

I would never touch that stuff.

You really shouldn't need DAA to boost test levels until you're at least 25 as DAA helps to bring up diminished endogenous test levels in which levels should be really high at the age of 25 or less.

So taking DAA with already potentially high testosterone levels won't increase your testosterone that little bit more? Or do you think your natural testorone is in a way capped and that's all I'm going to get? When it starts to diminish you take this kind of stuff to increase it back up

Yeah if you're already in the upper range with your test levels then I wouldn't think DAA would help to boost, it might actually increase estrogen in this circumstance (which would obviously not be good). Now if you're test levels are near the bottom or middle of the range then you could get a boost from it, but at some point the body will regulate test levels (not let them get to high) unless exogenous test is introduced into the equation.

Really it only has the potential to make things worse for you at this point in time. Only time I would suggest this stuff is when you are older and your levels are already tanked and a combination of things can bring them back up in some cases.

Ok thanks for all your input and help guys. I'll keep off the stuff for the time being. Just wanted to know because I couldn't find much about this stuff relating back to age.
