Any Personal Recommendations for a B-Complex, Multviti, and Fish Oil supplement?
I know these supplements can vary in quality
I was just wondering what you take/recommend when it comes to these products and why
Thanks

Controlled Labs:Orange Triad Multi-vits. I Love these, they have everything you need and nothing you don't need. 99% of other multis just use fillers and bottom feeder recycled garbage to make their vitamins.
If you use Orange Triad, you don't need a B-Complex.
I have also read great things about Anivite but cannot say much since I do not use them.
Fish oil - Krill Oil is better but 2-3x the price of fish oil. A generic fish oil will suffice, no need to spend $1 per cap when you can get a fish oil for .06 cents a cap.
If you eat alot of naturally oily fish you do not need these. (No, Fish and chips do not count)
NOW Neptune Krill Oil, 1000mg/60 Softgels = $36 us per bottle
NOW Ultra Omega-3 Fish Oil,1000mg/90 Softgels = $12 us per bottleLast edited by Moodie; 10-17-2012 at 09:12 AM. Reason: Because I am awsome :P

I like Controlled Labs- Orange Triad for a multi for the reason it has included joint complex, otherwise Universal - Animal pak as well as Animal Flex.
