Any Personal Recommendations for a B-Complex, Multviti, and Fish Oil supplement?

I know these supplements can vary in quality

I was just wondering what you take/recommend when it comes to these products and why

    Thanks

Controlled Labs:Orange Triad Multi-vits. I Love these, they have everything you need and nothing you don't need. 99% of other multis just use fillers and bottom feeder recycled garbage to make their vitamins.

If you use Orange Triad, you don't need a B-Complex.

I have also read great things about Anivite but cannot say much since I do not use them.

Fish oil - Krill Oil is better but 2-3x the price of fish oil. A generic fish oil will suffice, no need to spend $1 per cap when you can get a fish oil for .06 cents a cap.
If you eat alot of naturally oily fish you do not need these. (No, Fish and chips do not count)

NOW Neptune Krill Oil, 1000mg/60 Softgels = $36 us per bottle
NOW Ultra Omega-3 Fish Oil,1000mg/90 Softgels = $12 us per bottle
So you can see the difference in price, while the Krill is better then the fish oil. The price is kind of over the top, imho there isn't that big a difference for me to pay triple. It just really isnt that big of a deal unless I can get it for 1/2 the price.

I like Controlled Labs- Orange Triad for a multi for the reason it has included joint complex, otherwise Universal - Animal pak as well as Animal Flex.

My doctor says im wasting my money and I believe him, so to keep it simple I take one Opti Men Multivitamin daily. Fish oils if you dont eat fish ok. No more than 2.5gof creatine and also use whey and Casein.
