Follow me on this....Is it possible to over saturate ur system with Creatine.
After u doing the loading phase (which some say u don't need to do, some do.) Is it possible once the muscles are saturated and u keep taking in Creatine, or I should say too much Creatine, u will it start to retain subcutaneous water?
Ever since I started supplementing Creatine, it's like my stomach feels bloated all the time. And not just after I drink it. I'm wondering if it is retaining water in the gut area? My diet is otherwise pretty tight, and it seems like my abs are starting to go south.
