Of all the types of creatine there is, for the price, you can't beat regular creatine monohydrate powder. The liquids often have a lower dosage of actual creatine in them (despite what the label says) due to the creatine deteriorating in to creatinine.

I always thought as soon as creatine hot a liquid it start to break down become less effective to ???
I always mixed mine up last second possible b4 I drank it for that reason
