I have been training myself for over 26 yrs now and have no problem with dieting or lifting.I have a problem with my girlfriends diet thou..I will give you some stats on her and any help from ladys or guys would be helpful..she is 46 yr's young 5ft6 she is about 120 lbs..she is pretty firm in all spots except her stomach[like to call it what teenagers have the macdonalds belly] she has a little pooch there..I have her eating 6 times a day with 6oz of good protien and 2oz of carbs ..she eats all food no shakes..now my question is a two parter?is there a supplement that will speed up her fat loss more [we go on vacation in 8 weeks] or would 20mg's of anavar for 6 weeks work better..[mind you she has never taken drugs so im not sure the effect and I havent taken anavar yet myself...so her diet is clean,her lifting is good and her cardio is good ..what else could she do?thxs guys
