Man, I dont want everyone to answer all at once....
why don't you save your cash and just order the main ingredient by itself?
Arginine?
Yea don't waste your money on expensive NO products, just buy the active ingredient it's way cheaper
I just bought a basic one last night (wally world) contains only L-arginine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-arginine HCI and L-citruline - N.O FURY six star stuff - thanks guys for your replies - I will look into that
and if you buy only the main ingredient, arginine, then you will probably up the dose and still save a ton of cash. additionally, there are other "bedroom benefits" associated with arginine. I stopped taking it because i get painful muscle pumps and i find myself stoppping my routine before i get a complete muscle failure. and maybe because I ran out, now that i think about it....
I'll be making my own soon from powders, but I've been using NEO 40 with outstanding results.

Agree with above opinions...if you are looking for a product to strictly provide pumps preworkout, bulk arginine is the most cost effective and in my experience on par with results of "per-assembled" NO's on the market. I found my best results specific to the pump/vascularity ONLY to be at 12g/day divided evenly into 3 doses.
That being said...
If you are looking for some of the other benefits typically provided by "pre-assembled" NO's (eg focus and energy) you have some other options. Focus and energy are the most important benefits I look for when choosing a PWO powder. I found any supp containing DMAA to be my preferred PWO of choice (Oringinal ErgoPharm AMP and Jack3d).
However...
I have been researching a 'new' PWO supp due to increased tolerance/decreasing effectiveness of any supp containing DMAA, and came across many positive reviews for DS Craze. It did not contain any DMAA, but did contain phenylethylamine, which after some research was promising in terms of focus. I said "why not" and gave it a shot.
Today was the first day on DS Craze and it lived up to the hype (FOR ME--remember, everyones different) in terms of focus/energy throughout my workout. For now I am dropping DMAA based PWO's in favor of Craze, as Craze allowed me to maintain a higher level of focus/energy than I am accustomed to.
Sorry for lengthy post lol ><
iforce Hemavol is AMAZING. Pretty expensive so I only use it on arm days, but it's the best NO product I've used.
I'd b interested in hearing more about this ^^Originally Posted by austinite
