women that have had headaches all their lives. Not gear related.

Just wondering if anyone could suggest a suppliment or anything to releive my g/f headaches. Tylonal or asprin doesnt work and just wondered if any women on here take something to releive it. If men have any ideas that would be great to. Not sure what to suggest to her. Thanks LA

You may want to get her to see a specialist. If headaches are consistent there could be something that needs to be fixed. Could be stress, vision related, muscle contractions, etc...

If it's never gone away, I certainly would not self-diagnose/treat this.

    Good luck.

excedrin migraine is the only over counter for me, but normally my headaches come from coffee withdrawals/not enuff sleep/too much computer screen.

headaches r trying to tell her something. like OP says, she should be checked so can determine what is causing them.

My wife gets them from her birth control pill. If she gets off it they go away. I'm trying to tell her to get another form of BC that is more permanent but she is holding on to hope for another child. No way!! I am one and done.

Thanks for all your input. I do try to tell her to go see someone but she is very stuborn. Right now she takes just asprin but like she told me she is used to getting the headaches from when she was just a kid. I posted this to see if there was a cure or something i could do. Thanks for your concern. I am planning to get her to either go to the docs or get some miagrain over the counter so she can try. Luv you guys and if any more suggestions plez oost when you get a chance. LA

Don't try to fix someone that won't go to the doctor. That is like trying to help someone lose weight that refuses to change the way they eat.

She prefers to have these headaches for some reason. Otherwise she would have done more to get rid of them on her own. I know it sounds insane to say she prefers to have headaches, but look at the evidence...she would rather have them than do what it takes to get rid of them.

Are you sure she just doesn't want to have sex with you?

Tylenol is very bad for the liver. Don't take large doses of that or for a long time.

I would look for the cause instead of trying to fix the symptoms.

But, caffeine has been known to help.

And enough sleep. Does she grind her teeth at night? It might be bruxism and she may need a mouth guard.
