    creatine & ai

its been a long time since I've used creatine(10yrs)....just bought some today and it crossed my mind would an AI help with the water retention mainly from having a bloated stomach look....or would it be counterproductive to use it and creatine at the same time....thanks

when i use creatine, i dont notice the water retention....

using an AI can be dangerous if you use too much btw, you could force your E2 (estrogen levels) to crash, which is not pretty.

just use the creatine, 3-5g pre and post workout

also any water retention will go away after you stop using creatine.

but it is minimal, basically nothing compared to the water retention you get when you use AAS.
