How much L arginine do you guys recommend taking for improved vascularity (per day). Also, what times throughout the day should I take it?
3 grams daily. Empty stomach. 2 grams 30 minutes pre-workout.
Won't give you vascularity if you're not somewhat lean. It's also temporary. But it will give you decent pumps. Include L-Cysteine if you can.
