Fat Burners - What do u guys/girls think of these: RED ROCKETS... Any experiences?

These are a ECA Stack...

If you havent tried or heard of them these are the ingredients:

Ingredients (Amount Per Serving) 375mg Ephedra (8% ephedrine)
300mg Kola-Nut (standardized to 75% caffeine)
70mg Ginger Root
30mg Cayenne (60,000 BTU)
100mg White Willow Bark
400mcg Chromium Picolinate
Other Ingredients Microcrystalline Cellulose, F, D, C, Colors, Titatium Dioxide.

Are they just a load of rubbish & if so does anyone recommend anything else that I dont have to stack myself?

it's interesting that once you begin to open your eyes on these products and loook at the ingredients, just as you are now doing, then it becomes fairly easy to see what's going on.

Im not... I just wondered if anyone had any experiences on them... Im about to cut & was looking for a fat attack/eca stack & these popped up so thought id ask the well informed... Thats all

I understand. Most of these "stack" products are expensive and more or less worthless. If you want caffeine, either go with coffee or you can buy it bulk for pennies on the dollar compared to this. The ephedra is something I'm not sure about, but if it's legal, I guarantee you I can probaably get it in bulk also. The rest of those ingredients look pretty worthless to me.......

Yer iv seen that a lot of people, spesh in US where its unsure as to whether ephedrine is banned, now cant get a decent ECA stack so put it together themselves but I just wondered if there was anything, like these rocket things, that did a good job, plus I just dont want to, or know how/what dosages, stack it myself.

Iv seen loads of products saying they are ECA stacks but none mention ephedrine, except these, even though it is only 8% in something else... This is why I just wondered if anyone knew anything about them or a better alternative.

I heard Chromium Picolinate is linked to cancer.

Try brewing tea made from Horse Chesnut (use 1ml tincture), Uva Ursi & Dandelion Root - Great for removing water!
