    most intense fat/weight loss combination..

    20mcg PGCL
    50mcg t-3
    10mg GW 1516

This combination with no exercise = 10 lbs per week weight loss

    caloric deficit 500 cals

*warning, you will lose muscle running this routine.. there's no getting around it, thus why i didn't do cardio/weight training during this time..

Now, I'll be increasing calories to calories up 1000 to 3500 total cals per day with a max 150g- 50g of carbs per day

it would be interesting to see not only weight loss during this time, but also BF% improvement so we can get a feel for the LBM we can expect?

If you were to run say, 500mg test a week whilst on this and train, shouldn't you keep the muscle mass? Just curious!

yes, however I'm attempting to move from strength training to endurance, so dropping an initial 20 lbs of weight then keeping the weight the same 193-197 and increase lean muscle structure..

I'm not looking for criticism, i just want some advice. i just want to know are these supplements you take everyday. and are there any side affects..

I'm 18years old, 6ft 1 and almost 290lbs. I really need to lose weight.. I go to the gym and can run for 30 mins, I know im out of shape, but i can still run a decent amount more then some skinny guys i know. I only drink water, i cut down on all my meals. I can't seem to lose weight im willing to try anthing.
any advice you can give me would be appreciated. I really hate my stomach and the way i look and I DO go to the gym 5x a week and run 30mins everytime, lift weights, do abs and idk why i cant shed any pounds.

please any help, im getting desperate.

and if i do this, will i be able to gain muscle back or do i need to take more supplements to fix the muscle loss?

my goal is around 185 lbs.

why would you expect criticism?? this is your 1st post..

you need to be in the diet forum... it's really the only way especially at your age there are tons of things you can do..

Supplements?? a multi vit is all you need, there are way too many risks in most of the things many of us use here..

I'm 51 yrs old and been doing this a few yrs, I can be 203 and 10% bf.. or 216 and 23% bf it takes a lot of effort..

Losing BF without strength is difficult, and with your normal test and gh production you should need none of these...

again, a proper diet routine is what you need and the guys that typically give advice there are more than spot on..

I'm one of those people that tighten my diet especially around the holidays, makes it easier for me to not over eat.. I don't bulk in the winter time..

I do believe i've been successful in resting my weight point.. that is we all fluctuate during the day and night for me it's a 3lb swing..

I'm now holding pretty steady at 205.. still not where i wanted to be, but will continue holding the diet in check..

no further strength loss, and i sweat like a pig on GW.. i mean it's insane..

I have crashed my blood sugar 2x.. it takes about 1 day to get to back to feeling normal..

Will be increasing the use of the pgcL to 2x per day, which should take me further down, next week will be insane for sure..

I'm down to 201 this morning, flat, lots of water weight loss, but i'd estimate that i've lost 4 lbs of fat for sure.. strength is down by about 30% which is what i'd expect but i've been doing compounds with moderate weights..

cardio 4x week moderate 45-60 minutes in a fasted state..

I'm expecting weight loss to stop sometime early next week.. then i'll have a better idea.. thus far it's a 2%bf loss..
