No matter how much I work on my stamina, it's different during a tournament. There is alot more adrenaline pumping, in my opinion! My arm gets pumped ALOT faster.
I was told before my tournament, to avoid pre-workout suppliments (which make sense, since that is where a good pump sometimes comes from.)
Well.....another person told me to start taking BCAAs, because it might help to reduce that "pump" i get. He didn't really tell me the reasoning behind this statement though. Even after reading about what BCAAs are, i still can't grasp the logic behind his comment. This is where I was hoping you fellow board members can chime in! Also, if there are other recommendations to lessen the "pump", please share your thoughts!
Thanks fellas!
