Appetite supressant?
Hi all, I'm on a heavy cut right now, and the cravings and hunger are out of control, anyone know of anything that can help with this, I've always been good at resisting the urge but I'm finding the harder I get into this cut I just want to eat everything, which isn't good, I've been having a cheat meal/day once a week but the binge is getting a bit much mainly due to how much of I've been craving the food all week

Coffee for me.
When I'm super hungry I usually just eat a ton of baby spinach with some sort of light dressing. Super low calorie. A handfull of almonds or a tablespoon of almond butter works, too.
I always avoid any kind of medication to suppress.

Food is still important when cutting even in a heavy cut and personally Ive never been a fan of supressant because food is to important to maintain the tissue and if I feel the hunger come on I eat the right foods to maintain tissue and in the worse case increase the cardio rather than restricting calories. I see to many guys losing precious muscles tissue because of the harsh calorie restriction. Ive preserve alot of tissue when cutting I know its old school but use cardio rather than harsh calorie restrictions IMHO.

Thanks for the responses guys gives me a couple of things to think about.
The craving for tasty food is horrible, I've never had problem until I'm sub 10% now my body is finding all kinds of ways to fight me, gonna have to go on the search for a tasty snack of some sort that I can fit into my cals macros somewhere, and yeah it could be time to increase the cals abit and up the cardio
Cheers

Aus
DMAA has always had a pretty decent appetite suppressant effect on me. Just an FYI

The thing about suppressants is that I believe that you build an immunity to them. They get to where they don't suppress anymore then you start looking for another one.
Coffee works pretty good to as another poster mentioned. I've been intending to try some yerba mate or hoodia teas to see how well they work.

If you are ever craving a specific food, just search on google, "fat people eating (insert food here)".
When you start seeing pictures of huge people eating that same thing you're craving, believe me, the craving goes away
