    Raw supp ingredients; Please Review and help tweak dosages for Pre/Intra/Post workout

    I have order bulk, raw supp ingredients to build my own Pre/Intra/Post workout supplements so that I may control dosages of each ingredient in order to A)Spend money on reaching my goal, as opposed to supporting a bunk industry B)Fine tune dosages for max benefit, min sides (notably upset stomach)

    I have ordered:

    Creatine Monohydrate
    L-Arginine AKG 1:1
    L-Citrulline
    Beta Alanine
    L-Glutamine
    BCAA 2:1:1
    Caffein.

    My rough Plan:

    Pre-workout:

    Caffein: 100 mg (I'm sensitive to Stims, only need a small kick, and do not wish to counter the vasodilators)
    L-Arginine AKG: 5g
    L-Citrulline: 3g
    L-Glutamine: 5g
    Beta Alanine: 5g
    BCAA: 5g

    Intra-workout

    Water
    BCAA: 5g
    L-Glutamine: 5g

    Post-workout
    Whey: 25g
    Cassein: 25g
    L-Glutamine: 5g
    Dextrose: 50g
    BCAA: 5g

    Should I add carbs pre and intra (pre is in addition to preworkout meal) to spike insulin ?

    This is obviously open for critique, as is the point of this post. Goal: Clean Bulk, Diet will be up soon in the nutrition forum for critique, as will my training log in the appropriate forum. This will be without AAS.

    Also, tips on pre-workout timing would be great, most off the shelf PWO's suggest 45 min, should I try that and adjust to find my sweet spot?

    BCAA: 5g Good spot to start, I dosed 12-15g intra-workout when taking BCAAs. Start at 5 and adjust from there
    L-Glutamine: 5g

    Post-workout
    Whey: 25g
    Cassein: 25g
    L-Glutamine: 5g
    Dextrose: 50g I wouldnt reccomend dex PWO. Simply grinding oats and adding them to your PWO shake will be just as beneficial. Plus you won't get a nasty crash w/ the oats!
    BCAA: 5g

    IMO I'd just do carbs post. It will help shuttle things that need to be shuttled (such as creatine) into your muscles. Great group of supps dude. Good work

    Don't forget that I said the preworkout stack will be in addition to a preworkout meal, which will of course have carbs.
