My rough Plan:
Pre-workout:
Caffein: 100 mg (I'm sensitive to Stims, only need a small kick, and do not wish to counter the vasodilators)
L-Arginine AKG: 5g
L-Citrulline: 3g
L-Glutamine: 5g
Beta Alanine: 5g
BCAA: 5g
Intra-workout
Water
BCAA: 5g Good spot to start, I dosed 12-15g intra-workout when taking BCAAs. Start at 5 and adjust from there
L-Glutamine: 5g
Post-workout
Whey: 25g
Cassein: 25g
L-Glutamine: 5g
Dextrose: 50g I wouldnt reccomend dex PWO. Simply grinding oats and adding them to your PWO shake will be just as beneficial. Plus you won't get a nasty crash w/ the oats!
BCAA: 5g
Should I add carbs pre and intra (pre is in addition to preworkout meal) to spike insulin? Wouldnt see the need to do so.
This is obviously open for critique, as is the point of this post. Goal: Clean Bulk, Diet will be up soon in the nutrition forum for critique, as will my training log in the appropriate forum. This will be without AAS.
