    Short term memory issues

Ive made a thread in the steroid section complanining of brain fog. Anyone ever experienced it. What supplements/vitamins/foods or anything help to clear a head? Even medication. Help think straight, it just hit me one morning when i woke up and i havent been able to think straight since, feels like my head is cloudy and i have to think hard to remember a short term memory. Hopefully it will go away soon but ive started taking krill oil, bcomplex vit, a multivitamin, zinc and vit c tabs.

    Get 9 hours of sleep
Stick to a set schedule every day (i.e. up and awake at 8 am and in bed by 10 pm)

For short term memory loss I'd look into supplementing ALCAR it's a nootropic which helps decrease memory loss and that feeling of "brain fog" I highly recommend this supplement, I'm normally weary about what I put into my body but ALCAR has made such a pronoun effect on my cognate abilities.
