All of them are useless, indeed.

If you want to naturally boost your testosterone , you should consume specific foods and micro nutrients such as certain vitamins & minerals that are available in the form of supplementation.

Consistent sleep pattern, staying away from stress, alcohol and too much TV will also help keeping your natural test levels high as well as going heavy on leg days.

I watch some TV every night , about two hours maybe. It is dead time I know but it is easy time for me. I've never enjoyed reading as a past time. So in short why do you say what you said re:TV...Q

WHAT?!?! TJ you have to be joking man. Their is absolutely no one in which watching tv would ever have any direct effect on test production.

Also I am not trying to defend watching tv, I think television is borderline entertainment for retards which is why I dont have cable. However useless it is it wont affect test production.

Op if you're going to take one supplement to boost test production it should be Vit D3 hands down. Arguably the best vitamin on the market. Actually it's a hormone. It will reduce your shbg therefore elevating your free T.

What? Nothing over the counter will ever be better than AAS. It has no side effects because its a placebo that does nothing.

If you wanna boost test naturally go to GNC and get tribulus its the main ingredient in all those test boosters everythings else is just to minimized dht and such, aswell as boost energy want energy take a pre workout. Tribulus has supposbly been proven to boost natty test, so good luck my friend but all of those things ive bought were garbage.

OP - Don't ignore the links Micky posted above, there's really good stuff in there.

Also, kel is right about D3 supplementation; I've read studies where it's raised serum levels by at much at 25% in some men.

Modern living leaves most of us watching TV late at night or sitting at our computers until late hours or a thousand other distractions that can keep us from significant testosterone improvement, around 30% or more according to some studies.

Take Zinc, vitamin A, B, D and E. I read somewhere that these vitamins and mineral supposedly increase test but not sure to the levels that we want for body building. It may help your body produce slightly more test IF your vitamins and zinc levels were low to begin with.

I'm on my 3rd cycle of this Testboost and it is simply amazing:

    50 mg Zinc
    2g x 2 times/day Tribulus
    400mg Tongkat Ali
    1g x 3 times/day Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Take the Trib, Tongkat Ali, Zinc & Acetyl-L-Carnitine 30-60 mins before workout

Take 2nd dose Acetyl-L-Carnitine immediately after workout

Take 2nd dose Tribulus 6-8 hours after 1st dose

Consume last dose Acetyl-L-Carnitine before bed

On non workout days, take first doses in morning.

Do this cycle for 4-8 weeks then cycle off for 4 weeks, while taking 1g Milk Thistle Extract for liver function.

Or you could take the Ronnie Coleman Natural Test Booster which is a powder you mix with water and you take 1 hour before workout. Its got some great reviews, Funny though , I don't think he has any clue what natural test is anymore.

Most are a waste. The best OTC out there is ZMA. It gives the body minerals needed for your bodys own natural
    production,.ideally keep your levels optimal.
