Some Supplements need explaining please like why are they good and what they are good

yes i have made a thread like this in nutrition section but then i remembered my thread was about supplements and not food so here i am again
ok i m an ecto with only a little bit lower abs stomach fat(and puffy gyno will remove it later when i have money) i guess cant seem to get out my lower abs but i don't care about it right now because i want to gain size first ...
so i want you guys to suggest me the supplements for a 4 week bulk and then my cutting supplements please help me out .. i workout 3 times a week monday wednesday friday i workout entire upper body and thighs only
this is what i have on mind for supplements

You need to bulk for 4 months not 4 weeks.
Ignore this list and eat.
At most get some micronised Creatine monohydrate and take 5g per day.
Eat big and lift big!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Post up your TDEE and stats long with a proposed diet. The Gurus will help you adjust and tweak it.

As said above bulking will be dependent on your caloric intake vs your TDEE, not supplements.
If you would like to learn more about various supps and their main function(s), check out below website. I spend quite a bit of time on there, cant ever know too much!
