New member and first post... Just putting that out there!

I am calling on those with the knowledge... edumacate me

I am kinda stuck between Whey and Humapro. My question/concern is if Humapro is equal or better as it suggests than Whey. I recall reading a thread(here or another site) and it seemed to be fairly debated.


Would you recommend supplementing exclusively w/ humapro and drop the whey or what I am doing currently, which is 50/50.


Typically my whey/humapro is 3-4 shakes per day and rest thru food.
